Packet Technologies communicates directly with end-users. Once an end-user opportunity has been identified, we will work with the nominated Reseller to develop and close the opportunity. This may include product training, joint sales calls, and working as a liaison between the Reseller and Vendor.

In addition to the vendors standard support offerings, Packet Technologies offers additional local support including; Telephone and email based technical support (free to our Resellers); Handling in-warranty RMAs at our cost; Installation services and training (may be chargeable).

Hire an Exinda
Packet Technologies hires out Exinda units, usually for one week but longer terms are available including monthly and three monthly. Two types of units are always available, A 100MB Corporate level unit and a 10MB SME unit for up to 50 users. 1GB (and higher)units also available on request.
